• All rates are per room, per night, including breakfast, service and VAT (Value Added Tax).
• All delegates are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements.  World Spine V does not guarantee hotel room availability for all participants.  However, rooms  have been pre-booked by World Spine V at preferential rates at the above mentioned hotels. These rates are only available from  May 5 to May 15 when the booking is made through T&C  before 30th April 2010.
• Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  Any change of a reservation should be made in writing to T&C and not directly to the hotel.
• In case of no-show after one night, T&C  will cancel your reservation and charge you accordingly.
• The total payment for the whole reservation shall be sent to T&C in advance before 30th April 2010.
• Please, kindly note that after 15th April 2010 guest name and room changes in the hotel booking are subject to 15 EUR administrative fee. Changes of dates and room types are possible according to cancellation conditions and availability.

Hotel room confirmation

Confirmation of the hotel room reservation will be sent by T &C to each delegate as soon as the hotel reservation form along with the payment in full  reaches the T&C account.

Cancellation  Policy

1. Written cancellation recieved by 31 March 2010. No cancellation fee.
2. Written cancellation recieved by 30 April.  Two nights hotel cancellation fee applies.
3. Written cancellation recieved on or after the 30th April or Non-show. No refund.
